Ashe County has been my lifelong home, and I truly cherish our charming corner of North Carolina. While my past career in Management allowed me to experience living in different places, my heart has always remained here. As a Broker at A-1 Mountain Realty, I focus on building strong connections with my clients, guiding them in their search for the perfect home or property. Whether it’s providing personalized property searches, dedicating time to in-person visits, or even offering virtual walkthroughs via FaceTime, I’m committed to making the process seamless. My ultimate goal is to help you find not just a house, but a place that truly feels like home—whether it’s a permanent residence, an investment, or a peaceful retreat.
I’ve built a strong foundation in sales and management over the years, with experience at Freedom Homes/Oakwood Homes, where I ranked among the Top 75 salespeople nationwide. My career also included over 13 years at Walmart, where I held various roles—from Receiving Associate to Photo Center Manager, several Assistant Manager positions, and Co-Manager of two stores in Virginia and North Carolina. Additionally, I spent more than three years in management with Subway restaurants after returning home to Ashe County.
After raising my three girls, I finally had the opportunity to pursue my dream of becoming a real estate agent. Throughout my career, I’ve developed lasting relationships with a diverse range of people, and I truly value the connections I make with my clients. When I’m not working, I love spending time with my three daughters, along with their families and my 7 wonderful grandkids. Of course, I have to add my Sheepadoodle, Beau.. I enjoy taking long drives to soak in the beauty around us, relaxing on the porch, attending concerts, and even skydiving. I’ve only done it once, but the feeling of floating in the open sky while gazing over the vast landscape was unforgettable—something you just can’t experience the same way from a plane.
